Deploying a simple Elixir app with Nanobox

Building the Alchemist Camp website, Part 2. It's time to deploy!

We're deploying our very simple site written in Elixir, using the Cowboy web server. To do so, we'll use Nanobox's docker-based setup and deploy to a $5/month Digital Ocean server.

We coded the site in part 1.
